Our goal at Ashley Latham Photography is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
In the event of inclement weather, camera malfunction or any other unforeseen event that prohibits Ashley Latham Photography from completing the session on the scheduled date and time that was booked, the clients will have the option to reschedule the session or receive a full credit to their account in the amount of their retainer to be used towards any future session. If the client fails to attend the scheduled event on the day and time that was reserved, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
Ashley Latham Photography has a strict policy of no refunds once a transaction has been completed. (i.e. The client selects photographs, products, digital files or proofs and completes payment on these products, it is then considered non-refundable.) If the client receives an incorrect photo than was selected at their ordering appointment, you must notify Ashley Latham Photography within one week of receipt. Ashley Latham Photography will process the correct photo to the client free of charge. No refunds will be giving due to "not liking" the file once received.

All session fees, prints and products (including digital products) are subject to NC state sales tax and shipping when applicable. Due to the nature of photography, all sales are final. Payment for orders are due in full when the order is placed unless you have made arrangements to complete a payment plan of 1, 2, or 3 months. Products will not be distributed until the order is paid in full. Products arrive approximately 3 weeks after the payment is received. All rates are subject to change at any time.
